Dorada Santurce, sea bream pan fried with garlic and vinegar
Bacalao Pil Pil, fresh cod fillets with parsely and pimenton
Mixed bean tagine, delicious berber dish of beans and vegetables cooked in aromatic spices (v)
Parrillada de Carne, a regal mixed grill of lamb and chicken fillets
Djaj Fassi, tagine of chicken cooked with apricots and almonds
Tagine Marrakesh, lamb fillet cooked with olives, harissa and potatoes
